About Bryan Naddafi

Bryan Naddafi is the founder and principal of Avalon Legal Group, where he provides strategic, results-driven representation to clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters. His practice includes business litigation, real estate disputes, contract enforcement, defamation defense, probate and trust administration, estate planning, eminent domain matters, and appeals. He also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately held companies, advising on everything from risk management and internal disputes to litigation strategy and negotiation.

Mr. Naddafi’s litigation experience is both deep and wide-ranging. He has defended clients against defamation and tort claims, prosecuted complex multi-party business and real estate disputes, and handled urgent injunctive relief matters. His approach is hands-on and highly responsive: he is deeply involved in every case, from strategy through execution.

He is licensed in both Nevada and California and has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout both states. Mr. Naddafi has also prevailed in multiple appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court, including two published decisions:

Mr. Naddafi earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from New York University.
